In July 2004, The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation determined that "white people" were to blame for global warming. Amazingly, the study alleged responsibility for the problem does not lie primarily with blacks. Their proof: "African-American households emit 20 percent less carbon dioxide than white households. Historically, this difference was even higher." Ergo - white man is to blame for boiling away the earth like a big lumpy potato in a solar system pressure cooker.
