Polar Bear Expert Says Global Warming Extremists Are Wrong

Dr. Mitchell Taylor, an expert Polar Bear Biologist from the Department of the Environment (Canada), has been researching the status of polar bears in Canada and around the Arctic Circle for over 30 years. Click Here.

He makes news with his research by finding that polar bear numbers are much higher than they were 30 years ago. Of the 19 different bear populations, almost all are increasing or at optimum levels, only two have for local reasons modestly declined.

This obviously is in direct VIOLATION of the mythological beliefs of the Global Warming extremists. As a result, Dr. Taylor, and his studies, have been banned from the United Nation's Polar Bear Specialist Group (set up under the International Union for the Conservation of Nature/Species Survival Commission) conference on 'climate change' set to occur in Copenhagen in December.

Apparently only those reports suitably scary enough, on how polar bears are being threatened with extinction by man-made global warming, are allowed. Never mind the scientists with real data in hand...

Why Did The EPA Dismiss Report That Questioned Global Warming?

A leading politician has ordered an investigation into the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) suppression of a report that calls into question the alleged "science" behind global warming.

A 98-page report that was co-authored by EPA analyst Dr. Alan Carlin stated that regulating gases like carbon dioxide to reduce global warming may not be useful. Carlin argued that the information that the EPA had been using was completely out of date.

Worse, even as the EPA claims that atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, the global temperatures have been declining.

U.S. Senator James Inhofe stated that he is ordered an investigation. Referring to Dr. Carlin, Sen. Inhofe said, "He came out with the truth. They don't want the truth at the EPA."

Even National Geographic gets it now... they are speculating that a little ice age is arriving. Certainly they are NOT using the words "Warming" in any of their reporting. Could it be that we simply do not YET understand our climate? And if we do not, then how can Al Gore pretend to?

Briefly, let's examine this chart.



What should be immediately obvious is that even if it is globally warmer than it has been over the past few years, we're still no where near some of our warmer periods in the last 1-2 thousand years. Over all, we're quite a bit cooler than what might be considered normal (on the graph).

And I sure do NOT recall reading about all ancient people who were driving their SUVs around to cause such warm weather a thousand years ago. Maybe we can blame the Vikings (see the chart).

Now look at this chart...



Do you see a correlation between sunspots and climate temperature? I do.

Do you see Al Gore's radical myth on Global Wartmng in this? I don't.

Ten Known Factors For Climate Change

The "POSITION OF THE GEOLOGICAL SCIENCE COMMITTEE OF THE POLISH ACADEMY OF SCIENCES ON THE THREAT OF GLOBAL WARMING", published in 2009 by the Polish Academy of Science, gives us ten ordinary, known, expected reasons for climate change. Not that this is a surprise. Our climate has never been static. Ever.

For those working every day in their air-conditioned offices, in the middle of a "heat island" of a concrete city, going home in their air-conditioned cars or buses or subways, and living in their air-conditioned homes or apartments... you could hardly be blamed for thinking the world was heating up to intolerable temperatures. You don't know, or you forgot, what a real natural summertime is like anymore. It's HOT. It always was HOT. It always will be HOT.

Yet... scientists know that even in that cycle of seasons, there are variations in our climate. Of the hundreds of factors (many we're unaware of yet) that exist, the Polish Academy of Sciences has kindly identified ten influences to climate.

Sunspot Level Lowest Since 1913

NASA: In 2008, there were no sunspots observed on 266 of the year's 366 days (73%). To find a year with more blank suns, you have to go all the way back to 1913. Sunspot counts for 2009 have dropped even lower. As of March 31st, there were no sunspots on 78 of the year's 90 days (87%).

Arizona. June 2009.

"Meteorologists are reluctant to call a month "nice." They typically do not describe the weather in such subjective terms. Except now, because the data prove it. "It's probably the best June since I've been here, and I've been here most of my life," said the National Weather Service's Valerie Meyers, who is in her late 40s. "It's been really nice." Possibly the nicest June ever. Thursday, however, was the 14th consecutive day to stay below 100 degrees. That's the longest stretch of its kind in any June since 1913."

The Sun's Irradiance Is Lower Than Normal

NASA is tracking the brightness of the sun. And, it just isn't as bright as it normally should be. To make this simple for us to understand, sun brightness equals sun heat. Less bright, less heat. Less sun heat, less Earth heat. Less Earth heat - NO GLOBAL WARMING.



By golly, that jives with other reports that the global temperatures are really less this year than in previous years. And, in case you hadn't immediately noticed... there is an obvious radiance cycle in this chart. The sun gets bright (and warms the Earth a bit more) and the sun gets dimmer (and the Earth cools a bit more).

Hmmm... you don't think that the sun has anything to do with climate change do you? Well obviously, the answer is a resounding YES. Duh!

Most amazingly, we did not built an SUV large enough to cause the sun to act this way. It's called... nature.

Al Gore Revises Slide Deck - Forced To Pull Slides

Al Gore (hero of the novel 'Love Story'; he said he was) was forced to pull out slides from his international "dog and pony" show that predicts that Global Warming will cause the Earth to boil away in a few minutes. Seems some of his slides were so outrageously wrong and alarmist that even his own ardent supporters balked.

Global Average Temperatures Are Down

Contrary to the wild claims made by the infamous "inventor of the internet"... the Earth is not warming up. As a matter of fact, the Earth is cooling off!

Below you will find the global-average temperatures as measured by the NOAA-15 satellite.



Clearly we are experiencing cooler temperatures than the previous decade. I would add, I recently recorded all of the average daily temperatures that my gas company so cleverly provides on my gas bills - to justify their charges. I had access to over ten years of data. So far, this year (2009) is the coldest, on average, over the past ten years. I could see that the previous year (2008) was already showing signs of a coming cooling trend.

Global Warming? I think not.

Arctic Sea Ice Is Cyclic

Next time you hear Al Gore scream that the Arctic is losing it's ice... simply refer to this chart. Yes, we may be losing some Arctic ice right now. Sure. But you'll clearly see that this is nothing new and only noteworthy because it really is a cyclic event that is right on schedule. Bottom line is: we SHOULD be losing some Arctic ice right about now. Again, refer to the chart.

Global Warming? No. Not there. Let's call it what it is: natural cycles.

Hurricane Activity the LOWEST in Thirty Years

Global and Northern Hemisphere Tropical Cyclone Activity [still] lowest in 30-years. What does this mean? It means that Dr. Heidi Cullen, "Al Gore Priestess" from the Weather Channel, is STILL wrong wrong Wrong WRONG WRONG! Bad News For Al Gore

This may come as bad news for Al Gore. The modest global warming trend has stopped – maybe even reversed itself. And it's not just the record low temperatures experienced in much of the world this winter.

For at least the last five years, global temperatures have been falling, according to tracking performed by Roy Spencer, the climatologist formerly of NASA.

"Global warming" was going to bring more and more horrific hurricanes, climate change scientists and the politicians who subscribed to their theories said. But since 2005, only one major hurricane has struck North America.

James Hansen, Al Gore Chum, Calls For Terrorist Activity

James Hansen, a climate modeller with Nasa, told the Guardian today that corporate lobbying has undermined democratic attempts to curb carbon pollution. "The democratic process doesn't quite seem to be working," he said.

I Don't Care If It Is Cooling... We're Still Calling It Global Warming

Democratic senators told CNSNews.com on Tuesday that despite a recent study that shows global temperatures have been dropping since 2001 and that projects the globe will continue to cool for the next several decades, they think the United States should continue to push forward with aggressive action to curb climate change.

The study, released on Jan. 28 by Kyle L. Swanson and Anastasios A. Tsonis, who are professors in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, found that the Earth has been cooling since 2001 and projected that due to “global variation” the climate would continue to cool for the next 20 to 30 years.

Admittedly, these scientists aren't politicians... so can we trust them? LOL

The UK Telegraph reports on April 30: Global warming will stop for a while because of natural variations in the climate, scientists have said. Researchers studying long-term changes in sea temperatures said they now expect a "lull" for up to a decade while natural variations in climate cancel out the increases caused by man-made greenhouse gas emissions. Robert F. Kennedy Flips Out Again

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. said at today’s Capitol Climate Action rally (March 2 2009) that Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship “should be in jail… for all of eternity.”

Kennedy also said that coal companies Massey Energy, Peabody Energy and Arch Coal are “criminal enterprises.”

It’s hard to believe that Kennedy is a lawyer... it's hard to believe Kennedy is walking loose and not bound up in a straightjacket...

Kennedy exhibits the typical irrational, insane, emotion laden, foaming of the mind characteristics found in the typical Gorite.

If he so strongly believes in these problems with CO2 emissions, I politely ask him to be the leader he pretends to be. I ask him, here and now, to lead by example and put a halt to 100% of the CO2 emissions that come from his mouth and nose.

Kerry: CO2 Regulation Won't Work, We're Doomed

Another notable scientist and deep thinker of some stature, Senator John Kerry (extreme sarcasm there), recently explained (March 5 2009) that no matter how good the regulations are to limit CO2 emissions, they are just not good enough.

Oddly enough, he concludes this because his wife (another notable deep thinker and scientist - not) told him to. These startling conclusions were issued by the Heinz Center. Teresa Heinz is vice chair of the board of trustees for that organization (Money is a magical key. And here you thought you had to have skills and intelligence to sit on, or chair, these boards).

Their suggestions, and ultimately their demand? Take control of or shut down the energy producers. Odd, other people in other times would see that as nothing more than extortion. A way to grab and control the producers of power in this country.

Conversation With A Climate Scientist

If you criticize Al Gore, "it is palpably evil". In truth, Al Gore has severely misrepresented the science of climate change and now charges that disagreement with his mythology is the moral equivalent to killing a thousand people. His shrill hysterical ranting bubbles up in pitch as his climate-mania reaches levels of outright madness. If you disagree with Al, you are killing people. Do you consider it unthinkable that the Gorites will try to, at some point, levy actual murder charges? Will they believe their subsequent actions are justifiable? Northern Hemisphere Tropical Cyclone Activity DROPS

Ryan Maue, from the Center for Ocean-Atmosphere Prediction Studies, Dept of Meteorology, Florida State University, has recently authored a paper entitled "Northern Hemisphere Tropical Cyclone Activity". In a nutshell, research indicates that recent northern hemisphere cyclone activity has fallen off (you knew this though) because of the association between atmospheric energy and sea surface temperatures. Because sea surface temperatures have been COLDER (not warmer), there has been less cyclonic activity. Further, climate variability is simply NOT unexpected. It has always been variable and cyclic.
