NOAA Goes Schizo!
Today: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration said the combined land and ocean temperatures for December through February were 1.3 degrees Fahrenheit above average for the period since record keeping began in 1880.
Go figure. One day they says its the coldest on record, the next day they say its the warmest on record. Sounds to me like 1) The NOAA is no longer credible, 0r 2) The NOAA is divided "politically" - which is probably the truth.
What this means, in the big picture, regardless of the "whys", is that the NOAA is no longer credible.
