DishNet Satellite TV Is A BIG Mistake

Having been a DishNet Digital TV customer for approximately 15 years, I've sadly watched their customer support degrade to something close to completely useless. I had a new receiver installed (I pay for the lease) and it took them 4 hours to get a simple "connect the cables" installation working right. They went through two remotes - both apparently bad out of the box. I've spent approximately 16 hours on the telephone with their technical support (which does little but read from scripts) and after having them promise me they'd send me a new receiver twice, still do not have a replacement receiver. They keep sending me new remotes. How pathetic. So - my system STILL DOES NOT WORK and I can't get anyone in Dishnet to react or respond in any way that isn't written on a script in front of them. I have even been on the phone with their Executive Resolution Specialists with a net result of NOTHING. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE: I regret going with Dishnet and sincerely suggest that if anyone is considering renewing their contract with them - RUN. RUN to Direct TV as fast as you can. Dishnetwork simply does NOT care about their clients.
