Now there is a big push from a "scientific society" called AAAS - publishing a unanimous statement that humans are causing global warming.

I went to the AAAS site... well, what a shock. ANYBODY can join AAAS. Here's what it is: "an international non-profit organization dedicated to advancing science around the world by serving as an educator, leader, spokesperson and professional association.".

Well... the NRA is a "professional" organization too. So is the NBA and AARP. AAAS sells magazines, takes in money, and is a politically active organization - much like AARP or the NRA, one could argue.

Credibility? About as much as any publisher with a primary mission to SELL things.

Just MORE insane hysteria from an organization that ANYONE in the WORLD can belong to.
